Orders and Payments

1. Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our Site, via email, or over the phone. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2. Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate.
3. Payment Terms: Payment for services must be made within 15 days from the date of invoice. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer and credit/debit cards.
4. Late Payments: If payment is not received within the specified time frame, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 5% per month until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Delivery

1. Turnaround Time: We aim to complete and deliver your project within the agreed time frame. However, turnaround times may vary based on project complexity and other factors.
2. Shipping: We offer free delivery to Axminster, Seaton, Lyme Regis, Honiton, Chard, and surrounding areas. For other locations, delivery charges may apply.
3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation fees may apply.
2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued at our discretion. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kode Print & Design or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
